Alcohol Free Lemon Elderflower Spritz

Sweet and simple alcohol free spritz, packed full of floral and citrus notes. This no-hangover guaranteed beverage, provides a twist on the classic spritz and swaps tang for sweetness.

Spring has officially sprung and the taste of sitting in a beer garden is on the tip of our tongues. This calls for a drink that's going to be refreshing and light, and nothing screams spring more than the botanic taste of elderflower.

This recipe is naturally gluten, oat, dairy, egg, nut and booze free. It can easily be reduced in sugar by swapping the elderflower cordial for elderflower food flavouring.

INGREDIENTS

  • Alcohol free rose:
  • Elderflower cordial:
  • Fresh lemon: The riper the better, as the more juice you will get.
  • Soda: The fresher, the fizzier.

EQUIPTMENT

  • Measuring utensil: This will do in any form, the most important thing is you get the right ratio of each ingredient.

Alcohol Free Lemon Elderflower Spritz

INGREDIENTS

  • 75ml alcohol-free rose
  • 25ml elderflower cordial
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 200ml soda water
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Sprig of mint for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Place a few large ice cubes into a large wine glass or gin goblet.

Pour the rose in the glass, followed by the elderflower cordial and lemon juice.

Stir well before placing the sliced lemon around the base of the glass, topping the glass with the soda water and adding a sprig of mint for garnish.
