Welcome,
I’m Lucy May a.k.a Lulu. I am a full time Urban Planner by day, and a gluten free baker by morning, lunch and night.
Growing up with a coeliac mother, I have been experimenting with gluten free baking since I was just a tot. In 2017 I joined the coeliac club (thank you genetics!) and I knew that if I wanted to enjoy all the carby goodness I had been indulging in for 21 years, I needed to up my culinary game.
Fast forward a few years and my recipe book is bursting to the brim of free from versions of nostalgic treats and new gluten free experiments. So, here we are. Sharing recipes so, you too, can eat delicious food that doesn’t compromise on taste or texture and delivers on your dietary needs.
